butternut squash and feta risotto

My boyfriend made this for us for our dinner tonight, it was his first attempt at making risotto and it was perfect
The feta cheese and slightly spicy roasted butternut squash go really well together! I'd definately like to have this again one day!

He isn't a chef no, he works with computers, but he seems to have a natural talent for cooking. He is always experimenting and making up his own recipes, they always seem to work too! I think it must be his Italian genes
