Despite accidentally leaving my recipe book behind in Salisbury, this week I have made:
german marzipan and lemon biscuits, almond biscotti, rosemary and sea salt focaccia, walnut and oat cookies, pancakes, and gingercake

Today I went up town to do a little xmas shopping and see the xmas german market. Perhaps Monday morning isn't the best time to do this though...it was almost deserted! I shall maybe have another look when I go back up town this evening to meet my friends

I love wandering around the streets and shops in Edinburgh, I love the open space of the gardens on one side, and the castle to look up to and calm me down each time I emerge hysterical and hyperventilating from busy shops. Every time I go away I appreciate it all over again when I come back

kirstycat - I haven't uploaded anything, no. That's purely because I start to and think I could and should be doing better things with my time - its not something that interests me enough.

I have used the website to reference recipes when cooking, however.
