sweet nothings...

Rhona likes to snuggle up to anyone who is watching tv It's strange having a tv to watch again, I don't have one to watch in Salisbury, but I don't find that I miss it at all! (I just watch things from time to time on iplayer on the computer instead ) I have become used to living without a microwave too, it's more fun to cook things the old fashioned way instead anyway!

I was a bit distraught to discover that I left my beloved cake recipe folder behind though! Thankfully though my mum has some of the same recipes as me, and I was still able to make some german biscuits today for my family

Edinburgh was so beautiful today, everything was glowing in a golden-coloured wintery sunshine. I spent some quality time with my dog in the field, crouching happily beside her in the sun with my arm around her and my eyes closed, really enjoying being in the open space of the fields, and being able to look out over the sea from the top of the hill (there are no hills in Salisbury!)
It's great to be home, I love Scotland!!
