Math Homework Is… Argh!
Friday, 10. October 2008, 05:19:21
My math teacher, Eddy-sensei, is one of the best teachers I ever have. And that’s what make me don’t like him too much. I don’t like a high quality teacher. He explains everything clearly but for me, he is too diligent. All exercises in all worksheets should be all done without a number even left and he checks every student’s work one by one.
Yesterday was the first day at school after long holiday. I was so confused at the previous night since I hadn’t done any of my math homework. Whereas, I had more than 10 pages of 2 chapters to do: Linear Program and Matrix. That was crap!
Hopeless of doing not even half of the homework while the clock had shown 9.00 pm, I called Miff-Miff. “I did nothing during the holiday. I bet there will be no class tomorrow,” she said. It made me so relieved. At least I had a FALSe (Freaking Acute Laziness Syndrome) follower. So I threw away my math worksheet into my bag then finished playing Kungfu Panda Chapter 2: Tournament of The Dragon Warrior.
But I wasn't sure there would be no class at the next day, so I prepared this drama scene for emergency condition:
Eddy-sensei: (walks around the class, checks the students’ worksheets, then arrives at my desk) “Where’s yours?”
Me: (looks confused while pretending looking for worksheet in the bag) “I don’t know, Sir. I’m sure it was in my bag this morning.”
Eddy-sensei: (sighs)
Me: “I’m sorry. I think I don’t bring it. But I have done it, Sir. Really…”
Eddy-sensei: “Well, then… I’ll check it later…” (walks to continue checking other students’)
Perfect!
Fortunately, Eddy-sensei was minutes late yesterday. He just had few minutes to explain about if in matrix AB=BA, then matrix A is the inverse of matrix B or matrix B is the inverse of matrix A. And if that’s so, then the solution of (A+B)2 in matrix is the same as (A+B)2 in algebra, that’s A2+2AB+B2. Hahaha… I didn’t even pay attention at his explanation.

Well, I agree with you... But holiday makes me so lazy to do anything but playing games and browsing in internet. But this is my last year in high school, so I would do harder...
