Well after simple testing I can now finally release this unofficial patch. NOTE: So no one gets confused this does not make the game from Jap -> Eng, it only provides a simpler way to update the game from version 1.02 -> 1.13. Just wanted to make that clear.
And this way is much easier to update too, I also provide simple instructions on how to apply this patch.
And the changelog are just changes I could find, it is not the official changelog

Step 1
Download the patch here
Fatal Fake Unofficial 1.13 Patch.zip
EDIT: Patch will stay online for historical purposes or something like that (better reason, because I can), though look here -> http://my.opera.com/kr1tt3r/blog/2009/04/25/forget-it <- for the full 1.13 download

Step 2
Extract it somwhere, like the desktop when you open it you should see this


Step 3
Open the .EXE file


Step 4
Hit the '...' button, and select where Fatal/Fake resigns

Hit OK and then hit APPLY, and wait for it to be done patching.

NOTICE
You will most likely get this error

Just click OK, and don't worry the game works fine.

Final
when you run Fatal/Fake it should ssya it is version 1.13 like this
