Happiness....
What is Happiness?
*Is it the feeling you get when you score high marks on your exam?
*Is it the feeling you achieve when you defeat the final boss in a video game?
*Is it the feeling of being proud of graduating from college?
*Is it the feeling you bear when you get promoted at work?
or
*Is it the feeling you get when you fall inlove?
I believe it's an element of all.
Whether any one of those listed applies to you or not,you can not deny the fact that once experienced one of those feats,you feel a sense of satisfaction,pride,empowerment,etc.All those feelings create an euphoria that no one or nothing can bring you down from.A skip into the sunlight,a piece of cake(a delicious cake,i might add.lol),or [insert something that sounds remotely happy or exciting lol]
As you can see above,those 4 drawings are mine.They are not very good or even remotely fine,but creating them made me feel happy,a sense of pride,accomplishment.Be it good or not,my work was created solely from my hands and it's completion brought upon an euphoria over me that i just had to take time to look at it,sing,and then rejoice my hard work.Something simple as making lines on paper has brought me a happiness,so who's to say we can't be happy in life without major things?I am not rich,i'm not smart,nor am i handsome,but i gather my happiness from the things near and dear to me.My love,my friends,my music,my drawings,etc.All things that doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out,makes me happy.Even writing this entry makes me happy,because i am able to share how i feel with you all.
I am happy.
We as humans find happiness in many forms.Good or bad,depending on the person,it's still found,cherished,and enjoyed.That's why life is always going to be a pursuit of happiness,because no matter how much happiness you found,you will always be in search of more.Building the foundation of a empire of happiness in which you can share with family,friends,or maybe even the WORLD!
So i say on to you....never stop trying.Never settle for less.Never live for now.Live for everyday and never blink,because you never know when happiness may bump into you.
