Curse of the Golden Flower

This movie has to be by far the best movie i've seen in years 
i know this movie came out 2 years ago but i find my self still watching this movie with lots of enjoyment 
it's so many twist and turns in this movie,it's very emotional,and the plot is very excellent
So here is Kyo's review enjoy
The movie is based on Cao Yu's 1934 play "Thunderstorm",but is set in the imperial court of the Later Shu,which was during the turbulent Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period.Emperor Ping is a man of humble origins and strong ambition,having risen to the throne from lowly rank of captain.He abandoned his first wife to marry the Princess of Liang,who is now his Empress Phoenix.The Emperor does not love his second wife or her often sour mood;he blames the latter on an illness,for which he has forced her to take medicine of his own concoction every two hours for the past ten years.Empress Phoenix has been outwardly obedient throughout the marriage and her husband's treatment,but has grown suspicious of the medicine in the recent span of ten days.
Later in the movie the imperial doctor starts adding a poisonous black fungus to the Empress's medicine,which causes its taker to lose his or her mind within a two month span.This causes the Empress to believe that the Emperor wants her dead.So Empress Phoenix plans to rebel against Emperor Ping,but she has to enlist the help of her eldest son Prince Jai for the plan to succeed.Empress Phoenix tells Prince Jai that she wants him to become Emperor.Prince Jai agrees,so at the Chrysanthemum Festival the rebellion begins.The Empress's army is lead by Prince Jai and they wear a golden suit of armor and scarfs with Chrysanthemum symbol weaved in it.
That wraps it up for my movie review because i don't won't to spoiled the whole movie i hope you enjoy it because i enjoyed sharing it this also a great movie for those that are fans of asian movie Kyo recommends it

but i don't really like a plot..it's like melodrama..
but you know, it's just my opinion..
still, i think "curse.." is gorgeous to look
