Uncle Adam in Ahnsbeck

Last week Operas Mac Guy, Adam Minchinton, came to Germany to visit me and the kids (while Olga was in Turkey with some friends). I still can't believe this really happened. To sum it up in a few words: Wii had fun!!! 
He has all the important stuff already online in his blog so I decided I just list some keywords and link to his posts that go much more into detail. In addition I have uploaded 58 pictures to this public gallery. All in all we took 430 photos and Adam had to re-charge his camera aswell as use all 3 memory cards. This wasn't even necessary when he was in Australia last time
So here we go:
Today I'm back on my VFR
and back at work 
We already miss Uncle Adam and Alessa was crying more when she realized that Adam went home yesterday than on one of her occasional accidents throughout the week. I'd like to thank Adam for sharing a great week with me and I look forward to meeting him again in the future. Oh and if you're not yet, subscribe to his blog since there should be even more entries coming. Be prepared for some more fun and interesting posts about the last week

So here we go: - Adam found waterproof H2O UNO cards made of plastic that should survive any game involving kids or beer or ...
- We visited Ahnsbeck, Celle and Hannover.
- We held the first Opera User Group Meeting ever in Ahnsbeck.
- We had not only one but several evenings with the great (and dangerous
) Thunderbird drinking game.
- I prepared my famous dish Königsberger Klopse with the magic Thermomix and Adam liked it. In addition Alessa invented a nice way to set the table.
- We legally pushed the Peugoet to 190 km/h to get a Wii!
- Adam taught the kids how to use a digital camera, a Playstation Portable and even a Wii. Now the Demuths will soon have a Wii, too, but this is a secret til after Easter.
- Adam used my motorbike to bike around a bit in Germany. Both my bike and the Peugeot bus are now minch-approved
