Learning to get go

Missing your eternal glory,
Knowing it will not last.
Living in fear of your shadow,
The forgotten memories of the past.

Resurfacing in the moonlight,
The darkened corners of her brain.
Cobwebs hidden, washed away,
In her head will always remain.

She always used to hurt you,
Would revel in her tears.
And now all these memories,
Re-awaken long-lost fears of you moving on.

Will she ever get over you?
Or will you always still be there?
I find that you having it so hard to move on
Only self-guilt do I incur.
