3 times she went to the Kindergarten which is just closed to her house. 3 times failed to get an approval for her son. She does not mean "difficult" but accepted it "common". Sad. Desperate.
She can choose a private kindergarten but so expensive, she can choose another public kindergarten which is not very convenient to take her son to and from the house because of the traffic but she has to wait. Sometimes she felt no out way when some other things happened. Cry ... Cry ... Cry
Bad memory, surely it will be, at least for her.
