Opera 9.5 skin updates

With todays Opera 9.5 alpha release I finally found the time to update some of my skins. So far it's the 3 versions of Phoenity and BeOS, but others will follow soon, promised!

While Phoenity and Phoenity Native were just updated (adding new icons, fixing minor issues), Phoenity New was more or less completly redone. There's no full changelog, but the most important changes are listed on http://opera-fansite.de/wiki/Phoenity-en which also has some screenshots and download-links.
There's some workarounds for Opera 9.5 bugs in this skin, not sure how those influence 9.23 but there could be some minor issues in Opera < 9.5. The workarounds will be removed when the bugs in 9.5 are fixed.

BeOS and BeOS Native also received an update comparable to Phoenity and Phoenity Native. Icons for Opera 9.5 were added and the default iconsize was changed from 16 to 24 px as I thought those icons were just ugly in 16px size (last time the skin was updated large icons actually were Operas default setting).
