- support for apng images. This allows using animated icons with alpha-transparency instead of the 256 color limited gifs.
To create apng images you can use GIF Movie Gear. Just import png images, go to "File > Save GIF Animation as..." and set filetype to png.
- New element: "Pagebar Document Loading Icon"
This is used while a page is loading. Unlike "Window Document Loading Icon" it's only shown in pagebar. If not present "Window Document Loading Icon" is used for pagebar instead.
- sidenote: My skins on My Opera won't be updated with apngs until 9.5 goes final (don't want to break support for 9.23 as long as it's the official final).
However you can download the latest apng-featured version of Phoenity New here (my server has a hickup today so try again in a few min if it doesn't work).
- sidenote 2: Work on an update for Qute is going well, all icons are done by now, only backgrounds to go. So expect a release during the next few days.
