Spring is near!

Ah yeah!

We're getting closer to spring time as we speak, this meens
that I can resume last summers projects that I didn't finish
before the snow came.

Several projects are in the works.
  • Finish garage. Roof-tiles, insulation. The works. Inside & out.
  • Prepare for filling gap between lawn and the new garage.
  • Finish new deck behind the house.
  • Start and finish the outdoor fireplace/wall that will surround the new deck.
  • Start and finish the roof and chimney for the new outdoor fireplace & deck.
  • Start the Golf/Rabbit project.


All in all a busy, but good, time.

Winter creeping up

Well the weekend is over. Again... As usual I didn't find the time to do half the things I had planned.
This summers list of projects is a handfull to tackle these days. I have my half-finished garage project. And my half-finished deck that I'm builing behind our house. Nightly temperatures of sub-zero degrees are not far away and this will lead to problems finishing the three remaining concrete walls I need to put up to finish these projects.

OTOH I did find the time to do my job as a citizen of Norway; cast my vote in the election...
Not that I think it'll do any good. The whole mess is probably going to end up in the usual cooperative-non-working-government that we've had for quite some time now.
Next election I'm going to vote for the party that I THINK will win. That way maybe somethings will be more streamlined, albeit not what I want; but hey...
