Modern architecture could be very beautiful and awesome. And for a young country it´s totally normally to show its open mind to the Future and the contemporary Modernity.

Yeah, right. There are offices our municipal tram and bus company and its advertising agency.

And over there are several african and thai brothels and a few hard-rock pubs. But this is quite normal because the building is in the middle of the red-light district.
This tower is designed by Frank Gehry, a very famous american architect.
