We read "Waiting for Godot" by Samuel Bekket, we saw performances, playes. Today, in our modern society the theme of lost person is very vivid, it's on agenda of today's modern theaters. Who is Godot? We know that during the whole Bekket's play characters are waiting for this mysterious Godot, they are struggling with obstacles which they meet on their path, they are trying to give answers on many philosophical questions. Today's young actors of the theatre "TURlg" try to interpret the plot of well-known play on their own, how they understand the message of Bekket's play, how they understand the existence of mysterious Godot.
Samuel Bekket and Ionesko meet each other on the small stage, they try to discover the existence of Godot, they try to show that truth is near, it can be found in very simple things like rubbish which we try to utilize. The actors try to dance,try to give answer on life-afferming Hamlet's question " To be or not to be". The actors put forth to show that Godot is our illusin, our smeone who embodies our
beliefs and wishes.The actors speak German, French, English,they how the parts of scenes from French performance " Waiting for Godot" produced in the last 70s.
Maybe, Godot is our endless hope, like the answer on Hamlret's question "To be or not to be".
