CILANTRO & CHADON BENI! ~ "These two herbs are winners when it comes to flavor. Chadon Beni is used alot in Trinidad, West Indies. You can find it sometimes growing by the roadside. It is similar in taste to Cilantro.
If Garlic and Onions, are your favorites, and you can't seem to do without them, maybe. Many people treat, Cilantro and Chadon Beni the same. They both have can't do without status.
I have encountered Cilantro, in Mexican, West Indian, Spanish, and Chinese salads and cooking, mostly salads, every last one enjoyable. Folks when i go to a restaurant, and spend my hard earned money, these two Herbs, never dissapoint.
So to make a long story short, here is a nice "Cucumber & Tomato salad: 1 or 2 cucumbers, 2 or 4 tomatoes of your choice, salt and red pepper to taste, half or one lime or lemon, and of course, a handful of Cilantro or 3 or 4 leaves of Chadon Beni. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes very small (dice), chop herb very fine, combine all mentioned ingredients together. Enjoy!.

THE BIG LIE ~ "When i was a little girl, between the ages of 8 and 11 i told a big lie." now i am a grown woman and i look back, i realize that i hated lies, felt uncomfortable with them, didn't want to hear. I said something too unbelievable to think about, my young friends and i were just standing there talking, can't remember the exact conversation, but i can remember "THE BIG LIE".
To this day, when i remember, i can't believe i said, "MY MOTHER OWNED AN OCEAN LINER." A big ship?, folks we took the train, and the buses, and maybe 1 cab ride. Through the years i have heard it all, but thank GOD for this, he gave me righteousness, and life was just "AN EXPERIMENT"

Sometimes they may have food somewhere else, but somehow they steal. If a man does this, i am not going to allow him to spoil my joy, make a big fuss, for what reason? Sometimes they steal all you have, but he will have to repay somehow. GOD said in THE WORD>PROVERB 6 verse31>"Yet if he is caught, he must pay sevenfold. Though it cost him all the wealth of his house." Understand what is wealth, your 37 pieces of fruit, against his empty kitchen. Your 100 tee shirts, against the lone shirt on his back. Your 1 million dollars, against his 5 dollars. Amen!
