GOD & JOKING ~ "All my life i have noticed that i only knew "1 JOKE" I believe before the age of 16 i learnt that joke, and can't seem to forget it. That one joke comes up from time to time.I don't mind, because the earth is filled with treachery, pain and sorrow. I think it is a reminder to me of how i should act. Jokes are always at the expense of others, not the joker.
It goes like this, "This man a world traveler, traveled to many countries, France, he came back home, could not speak "A bit of French," China, came back home, could not speak "A bit of Chinese," Italy, returned home, could not speak "A bit of Italian," but every time he went to the bathroom, he came back "SPEAKING SHIT" I swear this is all GOD will allow me to remember.

"40 BLOCKS or SITTING" ~ "Many, many years ago, with a very big back pack on my back, i headed for downtown Brooklyn, the vicinity of Macy's department store. No bus for me, no trains for me. I decided to walk, i think i counted "40 LONG BLOCKS," first it was hard, i thought about the route, and what would happen. But i noticed what happened at what might have been the last 20 blocks of the trek.
My body relaxed, i kept on walking steadily, without stopping to rest. It felt good. I walked, i walked, and i walked. Finally downtown, kept on walking, still feeling grand. Folks i never regretted that walk.
A few times after, i did it again. I walked to different locations, i took a look at my body one day, and was quite pleased, toned, firm legs. "WALKING IS GREAT"
