Learn kongfu

A kongfu stance for beginers.

In this article i shall teach you a fighting stance for beginers in kung fu. How to utilise it effectively for self-defence, especially in a world or environment full of rapists,bullies,kidnappers...just to mention but a few shall be taught scientifically. Another exciting fact is that this lesson will not be taught in chinese which is a difficult language for those that do not understand this language, the official language in kung fu. This lesson shall be taught in english since my second language is english. Sorry, i'm a naive in spanish, french e.t.c. Now let's march into the training field for self-defence against bullies! Say no to the bullies! Say no to the rapists! No more kidnappers! No more egoists! You can now dominate five of he that dominated you! You can now beat the bullies black and blue! Fight your way from kidnappers and defend yourself against rapists with the stance called "leg-switch stance" from Jeet Kun Do(JKD). Jeet Kun Do, popularly called JKD is a self- defence style invented by a martial art practitioner that wore an expressionless face and made ferocious scream that could scare off martial art skills out of a black belt kongfu master while fighting. This stance can be practised by placing your left and right leg on the alternating angles of a letter N drawn on the ground. Start bouncing in that position, then switch your legs by replacing your legs on the two points of the two parallel lines of the letter N. While bounce- switching i.e bouncing and switching at the same time, put your left hand on your chest and let them have a space of 10cm while making sure your fore-arm and your arm are separated by an angle of 120¤. Raise your hand a little so that when you bring back the side of your fore-finger will be slantly crossing your nose while your thumb will be touhing the side of your chin. Put the side of your right hand fist by your waste then the stance is complete. Please, i have my kung fu students to train off-line now. So, i shall be teaching you how to utilise it in the next post.
