Thames Path: Richmond Lock to Teddington Lock:
Friday, 14. November 2008, 12:31:30
This is Richmond Lock and I have chosen it as our starting point for the Thames Path point-to-point walks series. I have included this reach as an introduction to the Thames proper (see Riverscope) in order that the variations of the river environment can be fairly clearly seen. Take your time and plod along slowly and you might just find that it can be of use when you are planning your visits.

Mark Edwards at Richmond Bridge A short look at some fine work!
Ham House
Royal Star and Garter Home
This has been included for two reasons. One because of its' dominance over Richmond Hill and the second over the possibility that it might be the long-awaited solution for the "Jolly Boatman" derelict site at Hampton Court Station.
Just click the picture and go for a walk. (a Derek series) or follow the Thames Path link (above).
