When the Customs-Officer told me 'Enjoy the Australia Winter', it hit me the first time. When I got out of the Airport, it hit me the second time: Winter is cold, even in Australia. Even more when you just come from Singapore at the temperature here is 30 degrees lower.
Perth itself is a nice little city with loads of cafes. Very many of them. So many that there isn't even one Starbucks in town.
Freemantle is about the same, but a little bit smaller with a much more charm. Would surely be great in summer here.
