God uses closed doors as much as He uses open doors to lead us into our destiny. This is one of the reason it pays to remain positive no matter what happens in life. Often we don't understand why we didn't get that job, or win the contract or why that person walked out of a relationship, we don't know why we are going through this trouble despite, we don't understand why God should have let that happened. In one of Jesus's parable he talked about how the enemy sowed tares among the wheat a good man sowed. Being a good man does not immune us from troubles or disappointments but there's an assurance that the trouble is not going to consume us rather it's going to promote us if we don't cling on to it and refuse to let it go. In life unfair things may happen to us; the key is to stay calm and trust God.
There's this story I heard about, it was about a man who worked with Flour mills PLC he was due for a staff car but one way or the other despite all his efforts he was denied the benefit. He was so frustrated and weighed down by this he almost committed suicide and when they heard that at the office they gave him the car a Toyota Corolla and you know what? It was the car that killed him.
Friends, God knows what you deserve and what you don't, be calm and trust Him in times of disappointments and setbacks. Just as undeserved setbacks happen in life God is going to reward us with undeserved favour.
