About me

TCTT is about the precious discoveries I make in the field of teaching English as a foreign language in China,and including some tips for Tcsol (Teaching Chinese as Foreign/Second langugae )teacher (Native or non-native ).

At TCTT , I will also elaborate on a Classroom management system called" DWS"(Discipline without stress) from an EFL teacher point of view. This may add up to something for teachers here in China or Asia ...My ultimate goal by using DWS in my career is to revolutionize education in China especially on "Classroom management" subject for young learners .

Personally I am a teacher,I teach English and Chinese(which is my first language),I am also "playing"between languages ,being a interpreter for about 4 years , C-E or E-C or both .

My work

Currently, I work as an EFL teacher and Tcsol teacher in China ,I also help teacher training on several high schools here in China ,the good things about my job is I am learning new things everyday from my collegues and also my students .

About DWS ,which I will spend a lot of time talking about at TCTT ,I personally have been applying DWS in my own teaching for 3 years ,if you would like to know more about DWS ,be sure to come back here often!

I personally wish that we could make more teachers here in China to know a little more about DWS and hopefully they could embrace and utilize DWS in their own teaching ,it was a" blessing in disguise" for me since I came across DWS in 2003.

Hopefully ,Our collective experiences here will provide each one of us with new insights about the power of internal motivation in changing student's behavior and some new perspective for education in China .
