Install Puppy Linux 2 on Hard Disk

I have tried to install Puppy Linux on my ancient AMD-K6 machine for over one week and finally got it done with the latest Puppy 2.01 release! When I first tried to install Puppy Linux 2.0 last week, I had problem with GRUB bootloader. After re-formating/re-installing for a couple of times, Puppy couldn't see my hard disk partitions any more. It always showed one big hard disk (superfloppy) without any partitions, although I could saw those partitions with cfdisk
I tried to re-partition the hard disk with cfdisk, fdisk in DOS and bootstar but without any success.I gave it up and tried to install Ubuntu on my K6. Unfortunately it's too slow to install/run Ubuntu.
Today I learned that Puppy Linux 2.01 was released. I downloaded it and tried the Option 2 installation again and this time it goes as smooth as it's supposed to be. In half an hour, I have Puppy running happily on my K6 machine! Then I installed Gcompris according to this guide. Tomorrow Bernice and Theresa can have their "new" toy to play with
So anyone having installation problem with Puppy Linux 2.0, please try 2.01.
P/s This was posted on Ubuntu 5.10 Breezy. SCIM still does work with Firefox 1.5. Might upgrade to Ubuntu 6.06 Dapper soon.
