I have no idea what I am doing

I am in the process sometimes painfully of recovering from having my gallbladder removed, a hernia repaired and an appendectomy.All on the same day. The first two were expected the appendectomy was what one might call an emergency. While the Surgeon had me opened and was checking around, as he later told me, he found my appendix was swollen two or three times its normal size to leave it alone would not have been in my best interest so it was removed. i have two incisions one for the gallbladder another for the hernia repair and it is from this latter one which I believe the appendectomy was performed? This happened almost three weeks ago,
