I have no idea what I am doing

I will be getting up really early tomorrow morning. I have a two plus hour walk to have a echo cardiogram done. Why am I walking, don't have a car or the price of a Bus ticket. Not about to ask a certain person if he'll give me a lift. Not going to impose on a neighbor so its bipedal for me tomorrow.
I'll have to bundle up as it will be cold, not minus cold but near freezing cold. I fully expect to be sporting some blisters by the time I get back home.
