I have no idea what I am doing

I will be getting up very early tomorrow morning. I have a long two plus hour walk to a Clinic to have a Echo Cardiogram done. Why am I walking? Don't have a car and do not have the money for a Bus pass. Not about to ask a certain person if he'll give me a lift an not going to bother a neighbor. So it is bipedal for me, oh I expect to be sporting a few blisters by the time I get back home.
