Rants..

I had always got a weak stomach. Whenever I ate something spicy, oily or whatever it should classify as stimulating, my stomach will start a strike within 30 minutes. It just happen like and I could not do anything about it, but to look for a place to lie down and rest.

Friends told me this is just some sort of mental weakness, not my stomach. I had been calling over sensitive by the guys. Sure, we had dinner together, they pour all those spicy hot soup into their mouth, and nothing happen. But me, with just a little spoon of soup, I face went from red to green within 30 minutes.

May be it is because of my health problem. I stop doing exercise ever since I move to this new town. I just simply can't find the right place and the right time for workout. And you know, once you drag something, sooner or later, you will totally forgot about it, just like my workout planning.

Some suggest me to go for cycling. What a great idea! I forgot to tell them that I can't handle the two wheels. I don't know, I just cannot balance myself on a bicycle.

May be I should get an adult tricycle, those with 3 wheels should be secure enough to avoid from falling.
