HOW TO BYPASS BAN ON BLOG

Dear sir,
The recent ban on blog sites is highly condemnable.it is really a threat to open and knowledgeable society.But technically it is a joke the ban is in fact implemented by the isps dns server level.Means when somebody types in the web site name
( eg:http://exposingtheleft.blogspot.com/)
the browser query's the isp's dns server it translated to real ip addressee of the site then we get all web page rendered.They implemented the ban in isp level dns server it will not translate the websites to real ip address.it is very simple to bypass means we can ask dns servers of foreign isp's.which is legitimate.Indian government not issued any specific orders towards Indian citizens not to see the site.
How to do that: for simple dial up and dial up broadband users.
go to-- control panel>network connections>vsnl(something like) double click Go to properties then click on networking tab double click on Internet protocol[TCP-IP]
instead of obtain dns servers automatically select Use the Following Dns servers
Use any dns servers from abroad for eg:the following is working dns servers
202.188.146.145
168.95.1.1
click OK click all things ok
come out disconnect and reconnect to Internet connection
Now all the sites should work.
Dont come to the trap as political babus in it ministries half baked knowledge about security.Terrorists are more advanced than this kind of foolishness.
Normally when government or organization finds inappropriate mete rial they will contact website owners to remove the materials.Here politicians were completely out of synchronize with reality.
