why classrooms, why lessons... why not books?night classes?

If you put hole through three bits of broomstick, and a bit of webbing or rope through teh hole to tie them together, you can make a folding 3-corner stool.
How important is it to have precision? Some things work if they are pretty rough, other things need to be engineered reasonably well...
