Vietnam is divided into 3 main parts: The North, the Middle and the South. And each area has its own traditional food and the taste is not the same. In the North we prefer to eat food with little sugar and salt, but Southern people prefer to eat sweet food, nearly all kinds of food have sweet taste. I was born in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam which locates in the North. And Hanoi has so many great kinds of food for you to try. However, one of my favourite food is BÚN (rice noodles). There are many dishes made from rice noodles, such as "bún chả", "bún nem", "bún ốc", and "bún đậu". (yummy!)
