Luckily, i just switch to a new place that they cannot "look after" me strictly than before and today marks I've been there for a half of month, a small milestone. So, this is the suitable time for summarizing something happen in 1\/2 months. First, I've got one valuable experiences at working here, they don't appreciate people to entertain themselves in working time. If you wanna take a break, just go to the pantry, take a small drink, enjoy yourself with the open view from 9th floor, just don't try to read an entertainment article, a sport news or something like that. Because I finished my own task quickly, so i have some free time and, like the old way at FSoft, take a look at some favorite sites for relax. In this case, a little bit later, they come and give me some enhancement requirement. However, i don't exactly if he had seen something or not, but luckily their requirement usually is not quite complicated, so I've got no problem with this. So I have to learn more to understand their point <\/a> Third, practicing English in working environment's "funny". As my poor English, understanding and working together are not a big problem, at least, they can see my point and so do I. However, like i said before, my vocabulary is not quite right and the way i communicate is not formal in a working environment, it's more suitable with casual talk and chat and that's all. After talking with them in someday, i feel that my English is more formal and polite. Step by step, I'm getting familiar with "Would, should, could, can" and trying to use some common native word in talking. Hi hi, that's quite a good news, and my reaction's on the way of coming back Fourth, their developing and problem solving methodology is quite different than Fsoft does. So it makes a little bit hard when I trying to learn the way they think. Fortunately, they have some training, technical stand up everyday and if i got a problem, i easily ask them for free. Changing the old way is usually hard, but if you have to turn your world, you've got no choice to do it In short, everything is going on its way, and luckily I've still controlled something.
