Nowadays, companies usually have intention to reduce unnecessary cost and focus in their advantage so that they can get more benefit with small and skillful resources. Outsourcing is a typical solution. In Vietnam, this term is used mainly in IT industry but actually it's used in many kind of business. This trend moves the simple, repeated and lesser benefit task or their unintentional field to other company which can do it better with lower cost.

Office services and virtual office is a part of this way, it’s not quite new because there was an article about it before, but I hadn’t got a chance to see what happen internally in this kind of bureau. Fortunately, I have some personal businesses with a company which use these services because they still haven’t set up their Vietnam office yet.

When I came there at the first time, I was so surprised because their office is just a small room in a big matrix of room in the same floor without any receptionist. I consider it as a matrix because there are so many small rooms so it’s too difficult to find a room because the office management company didn’t finish setting up yet.

At the second time I came, everything changed dramatically. Beautiful rooms, fit-out, professional receptionist, these things made me curious. While waiting to my turn, I saw that there are uncommon things. One bureau is a Korean company, another room is Japanese company, but I had my own business with a Australian company and the trade mark of this office at the reception table is not one of three above titles. Furthermore the 3 companies share one pantry, and their Vietnamese secretaries look so nice. It was so strange and I was so curiosity so that I tried to strive up a conversation with the most beautiful receptionist (her English intonation is quite good) to know what kind of service her company provides, not her cell phone number. She was so nice and explained to me clearly what I want to know. In fact, her company has 950 locations on 400 cities at 70 countries, and with one call you could get a office. It’s quite interesting, isn’t it? This intention is so useful for the foreign companies which only need a flexible place for their business in a short time, and I see many foreigners there. In short, it’s an interesting experience; I got a chance to see a new trend and enlarge my knowledge. It’s so funny, because I’m more talkative and curios day by day

P/S: some recent days, I got some important issues to think about but finally it would be nice if I try to clarify one important thing first
