Critical thinking

Critical thinking's one of my bad habits. Like some technical guys, i always prefer truth to ambiguous, right to wrong. So I got used to finding out what is root cause, what is wrong and what is right immediately and unconsciously. It's no sense to say that is a bad habit, right? But some times, it put me in some awkward situation.
For instance, when my co-worker showed me his way to solve his problem, i used to think as fast as i could and try to stop him immediately when i feel something is wrong, even he didn't finish his presentation yet. In almost cases ( there are someone is telling lie here
) I'm right and my solution's better. However, as a result, I didn't show him my respect, even though the final result is ours. So, in the next time, if we had problem, i rarely receive a good feedback because they might think that their way make no sense to me ( that what i think). It's just a common case, let think twice. What would happen if the results couldn't come immediately or shortly and you could wait several years to prove your way? Maybe, in this day, they could say "oh, if that day i did your way, it would be better now". But from now to this day, they might think you were against him, is it terrible for a good relationship in working environment? And it's more terrible if they were more powerful than you. Maybe, trying to see what are good ideas in your opponent is more important than your victory
So, some people might think that why this crazy man is thinking in his head while writing down his stuff in this entry. It's a very simple reason, my relationship. Sometimes, my friend shared with me his/her sadness, small secrets, or some bad situations he/she got. I know, they want to share with me because they believe in me. But sometimes my bad habit came, i tried to find out who is right, who is the bad guy, or said some thing like "this is your fault" or something else. Unfortunately, i couldn't hold my mouth, and make her/him more sad unconsciously. In the previous entry, I already wrote that I'm not good at consoling someone, I'm better in hearing and find out solution. So recent days, i tried to hear more and hold my mouth more. However, sometimes i felt it's so hard, but fortunately nothing happened badly. That's why you saw me keep silent in some cases, i know that it's not good reaction when someone try to share her/his thinking. But I really have to say that I'm afraid of what I would say and make someone feel sad
In conclusion, critical thinking is a good way and you have to use it more frequently and it would help your very much in problem solving, make you react more quickly when some wrong things happen. However, you have to study how to use this sword smartly. Your words like a sharp sword, sometimes it helps people solving something, sometimes it makes people hurt. In most of case, people appreciate your emotional sharing than your solution, people want to have some one understand them than some one try to tell them "you should do that" or "you should do this". As a human kind, in some cases, emotion's more important than truth
