Effective meeting

The communication has an important role in our life. To make a relationship, you have to talk, discuss, chat or gossip
etc ... with your friends, your strangers , your customer or anyone else who you want to make friend with them. So, the problem here is how to make a effective discussion. The more clear your ideas are, the more effect you get. In this entry, I don't wanna make a mention of love, but business meeting, coz I have written it many times until now
.
In fact, you have to participate in many meetings at your work place, and sometimes you wanna fall asleep because of boring, long meeting or its fucking purposes. Do you wanna live with it? If your answer is NO, the first thing you have to consider that what you've done in your meeting. Do you listen to the lecturer actively or try to show your own opinions or make yours stand? If you are kind of these guys, sorry, I have to say this "You, yourself, is one of significant factors that make your meeting bored or go to some unknown places".
Because you don't listen actively, you cannot make your own ideas, you afraid of an argument or your stupid idea or someone will play fool you if you make a mistake, let say, if you do not show your opinion, how do the participants know it is the good or bad. But the more dangerous thing is that you don't make yours stand. Even you don't have anything in your mind or your word cannot express your ideas and you, yourself, choose a better way, keep silent. However, a meeting have to make a conclusion, and you have to make this decision better, nothing can make everybody satisfy completely. If we agree with all ideas, after all we would get the mess of ideas, not the best idea. I always remember Mr Trụ sentence "Khi học bất cứ cái gì, để học tốt cần có sự thiên vị", if you like every ideas, you would get nothing.
So to make an effective meeting, you have to try your best to show your opinion clearly, don't be shy or silly. You have a power to make your discussion more effective. It's better than to be a "yes" guy who say yes with everything. Furthermore, you have to make your mind work. The more purposeful ideas are, the more effect is. Don't join in a meeting with a lazy mind.
