I had a private discussion with the older guy, he said that i hadn't shown up myself as well as I thought. Truly, i'm not a hard working man, so i tried to find a smarter way to solve a new problem not work hard. Even my technical skill is good, the man's more industrious is highly appreciate, though sometimes it's just a fake. That's my problem. In most cases, i wanna work in my style and it's too hard to make me change my mind, but the hard world give me a big lesson, nothing was changed means nothing was improved.
