Working with a powerful customer like IBM, PSA give me some big lesson.
1. Quantitative manage: everything was managed via metrics. Without number, nothing can be proved,
2. The communication 's the most important issue: not only customer communication but also internal team communication. If u talk something too long, too ambigous, too general, no one can understand u. So that, u have to discuss only simple issue, issue by issue and it save your time. Further more, everything need evidence
(Mr Nhan said that)
3. Code convention, code style: sometime it make me confuse. Fortunately, i 'm familiar with it finally, and found its necessary
4. Design 's not always clear enough for developer
5. the customer may be so "Chuối", but finally they always right
