On job trainning bigsmile

Working with a powerful customer like IBM, PSA give me some big lesson.
1. Quantitative manage: everything was managed via metrics. Without number, nothing can be proved, bigsmile
2. The communication 's the most important issue: not only customer communication but also internal team communication. If u talk something too long, too ambigous, too general, no one can understand u. So that, u have to discuss only simple issue, issue by issue and it save your time. Further more, everything need evidence bigsmile (Mr Nhan said that)
3. Code convention, code style: sometime it make me confuse. Fortunately, i 'm familiar with it finally, and found its necessary
4. Design 's not always clear enough for developer bigsmile
5. the customer may be so "Chuối", but finally they always right sad(
