Systems Thoughts

Try to think systematically

I am rejected by Opera.

It is a sad news. Too bad I cannot work in that cool place.:frown:

Once you turned to Opera, it is hard to be a turncoat.

I have fully switched to Opera for 1 month now. Some features are still unknown to me, but I just kept finding new surprises. Right now I use it to check my IMAP mailboxes, chat on IRC and of course, browse

But one problem that troubles me is the incomplete support for Chinese fonts in Linux. After I finally figured out how to use my Chinese input tool in Opera, I lost my pretty fonts forever, because I need to install the statics version, also because I mainly use GNOME instead of KDE. Most chinese websites look weird in Opera, even I have made a CSS file for user mode. Few days ago Firefox 3 beta 5 had been released and I tried it out. It is really cool except for the speed. But I just cannot give all those buildin and cool features:(

Nothing but preapring my second round of job interview in Opera.

,

I still feel like in the dream.

I knew Opera since 1998 and was impressed by its speed compared to netscape. But it suddenly became so closed. Wouldn't it be great if you can work in such a company, which may affect the way how people use the Internet?

What's more, you could play with all those cool and advanced features ahead of others. That's just... amazing...
