ABRAHAM’S FAMILY AND MOTHER

Based on the biography of Abraham ‘s family, let’s inquire who may be qualified enough to enter the kingdom of heaven.
Luke 16:19-31
“…The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham’s side. The rich man also died and was buried….”
When the beggar named Lazarus died, the angels carried him to Abraham’s side (God’s side). The kingdom of heaven belongs to God and is God’s side. Abraham represents God.
God created Abraham as the representation of God Himself. By means of Abraham’s family tree, God teaches us a very important lesson : "Who is legitimate to be heir to the kingdom of heaven?" Firstly, who is the legal heir to Abraham’s family?
Theme
In Abraham’s family, there were 3 members who were longing for the ownership of his property.
The first person was Eliezer, the second person was Ishmael and the third person was Isaac.
Genesis15:2-4
“But Abram said,’ O Sovereign Lord, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?’ And Abram said, ‘ You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir.’ Then the word of the Lord came to him: ‘ This man will not be your heir, but a son coming from your body will be your heir.’ He took him outside and said,’ Look up at the heavens and count the stars - if indeed you can count them.’ Then he said to him, ’So shall your offspring be.’”
Though very old-aged and childless, Abram said that Eliezer - the servant having been born in his family and grown up, would be the heir to his estate. However, God did not allow doing so, saying that the heir had to be” coming from his body” to be qualified to inherit his estate.
Genesis 16:1-3,15-16
“… Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore him Ishmael.”
Ishmael was Abram ‘s first son born by his concubine named Hagar, his maid-servant. Because Ishmael came from his body, Abram regarded the son as the heir to his estate and family. However, God said :
Genesis 17 :19
“Then God said,’ Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac. I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him.”
Among the three persons, God was pleased with Isaac so as to be the heir to Abram’s estate and family. Here, we should understand God’s will of His choice. Why was Isaac allowed to be the heir to Abram’s family? This is a solemn manifestation of God implying a great significance.
Firstly, Eliezer was a slave, not Abram’s child and he was not allowed to be heir to Abram’s family.
Eliezer : Father (Free person): No ; Mother (Free person) : No ; Result : No
Ishmael : Father (Free person): Yes ; Mother (Free person) : No ; Result : No
Isaac : Father (Free person): Yes ; Mother (Free person) : Yes ; Result : Yes
Secondly, Ishmael was son to Abram, who was a free person and to Hagar, who was a slave, not a free person. Therefore, God did not allow Ishmael to be heir to Abram’s family.
Conclusion
In Israel, there existed a custom of “the first son’s inheritance privilege”, that means, the first son was entitled to inherit his father’s estate and family. If a first son had been chosen as heir based on his father’s blood only, Ishmael would have been heir to Abram’s family. In fact, Ishmael was not chosen as heir to Abram’s family. Why? - because Ishmael was not the son to a free female person. The decisive factor to determine Isaac to be heir to Abram was his mother’s blood. Though a father is a free person and his wife is a concubine, not a free person, their son will not be qualified enough to be heir to the family. It is a son whose parents are free that is qualified to be heir.
This is the prophesy that testifies to which persons will be qualified to be heir to the kingdom of heaven . Through Abram ‘s family, God implied that we are to have faith in God the Father and God the Mother, Who are free and Who bear children of promise who will be allowed to get the kingdom of heaven. That means, anyone who is faithful to God the Father (represented by Abram) but unfaithful to God the Mother (represented by Sarah) is not a child of God Elohim and cannot be allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven.
Nowadays, there are 3 types of person, firstly those who do not believe in God the Father and God the Mother either like Eliezer, secondly those who believe in God the Father and do not believe in God the Mother like Ishmael and thirdly those who believe in God Elohim, God the Father and God the Mother simultaneously.
People who believe in only God the Father but do not know or do not believe in God the Mother will not be allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven. So, who is God the Mother Who will admit us into the kingdom of heaven?
Galatians 4:26
“But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.”
Have a strong faith in Jerusalem Mother, Who will make us be children of the kingdom of heaven. I wish you to be allowed to enter the kingdom of heaven.
