This is the vehicle called "Jugaard". It is powered by an electric generator! And the rest of the components are of other cars, trucks, SUVs, bought from scrap market. Jugaard doesnt need a registration with the transport department! so actually you dont need a number plate on it and neither a driving license.

Mainly used to carry heavy goods, including livestock. Sometimes even humans.
