The Famous Urdu Shero-Shairy(poetry)!!

Here r some couplets(ashaar!) from the legendary Mirza Ghalib!
i've written in english script for convenience.To read them,
read naturally as you read English. And trust me you will be
reading Urdu better than me!!
(it requires some tongue exercise though)!!
(rough english translation is in bracket)
1. "Daer nahin haram nahin, dar nahin aastan nahin,
baethe hain rah guzar pe hum,ghair hamein uthaye kyun"
(not a temple not a masjid,not a porch not a varanda,
i am sitting in a public place,why should a stranger say get lost)
2. "Jab woh jamaal-e-dil firoz,surat-e-meher-e-neem roz,
kya aap hi ho nazaaraaye soz,toh parde mein moh chupaye kyun"
(when you are a sweet heart, your face is such as a half visible moon,
so you are the most delighting scenery,then why hide your
face in veil)
3. "Dil he to hai,na sango-khisht,dard se bhar na aaye kyun
rooyen ge hum hazaar bar koi hamain sataye kyun"
(just a heart it is,not a marble structure,why won't it get
filled with pain & misery,we'll cry a thousand times,why
should someone tease us)
4. "Daam har mauj mein hai,hal-qaeh sadqaam nihang,
dekhen kya guzre hai qatre pe,guhar hone tak"
(there are storms in every tide,crocodiles everywhere,
let's see what misfortune & obstacles befall in the way
of the drop of rainwater which finally turns into
a pearl by reaching into the shell)

here we go(though it still is a miserable attempt,as it came to my mind while i was trying to sleep!! the basic idea is same with some addition)
Arz kiya hai :
"Baadalon kae chilman mein, Meher parda-nasheen
iss dil-kash nazaarae mein,rukh aapka kitna haseen"
[chilman = curtain,parda]
[Meher = moon,chand]
[parda-nasheen = one who hides in veil,parda karne wala]
[dil-kash = beautiful]
[rukh = face,chehra]
is it fine?
