Is that failure?

HANU
I spent my weekend (all 2 days) working on the presentation about "the Toda tribe in India". I did researching, read a lot, discussed with friends, etc. I hoped to make it the best I could. Really I did my utmost. I did not sleep well. I felt excited about searching new info about the Toda tribe though they were conflicting and complicated. What is the result? It was not as good as I expected (not want to say it the worst one I've ever done). All 3 other members in my group were disappointed of the presentation too, regardless that I tried to pretend as 'never mind'. I cannot blame two persons in my group for their laziness and ignorance. I cannot blame anyone because that was my fault. It was me who chose the topic. It was me who wrote the outline of the presentation (and it lacked sth required by the teacher). It was me who did nearly all the research without assigning tasks to other members at first. It was me who did not manage my time effectively for beforehand group rehearsal. It was all my fault. It appeared that I was the leader of that group but I made them indirect.
Keep these things in mind:
1 - Think over next time about the requirements of the teacher and closely follow her outline instead of inventing another outline. Think twice before starting to do sth.
2 - Then choose the relevant topic which reaches the consensus of all members and assign tasks to them.
3 - Manage time for GROUP REHEARSAL - this is the most important point that I made light of. My bad!
Ok. Three points to remember. Above all, 'practice makes perfect'. Try my best next times. Be calm and mature! And I believe that we will be paid fairly for all our effort. It's failure but failure is the mother of success, I've learnt sth from it - so have to go on anyway (disappointment is not a solution - it leads to nothing). My optimism. TRY!
