To go swimming at Ho Tay Water Park

,

I went to Ho Tay Water Park with my friends Australian volunteers and KOTO trainees on a windy afternoon.

There was a very large lotus marsh around the park, which looked like the sea when seen from a high position. That was my first impression about the surroundings.

The next impression was made by my foreign friends. All girls and boys rushed to the dangerous games area, which were sliding on scary high and zigzagging tubes. I felt terrified but encouraged myself: “They can do it, so I also can do it”.

Most of them appeared to be excited about these games so much. They tried every slide and tube without hesitation. Although I was a little bit scared, I went in the most terrible tubes and slides.

It was really tremendous feeling that I had never experienced before. After being fallen to the pool, I felt like flying in the heaven. I tried the first two tubes with an Australian Chinese girl. Both were screaming like hell, but she said: “Fun!” then. God! How couldn’t I find it fun? It just seemed like I had been overcome a harsh challenge and it was … great. I will go on with those ones next time.

7: 00 P.M came, we returned home. How tired I was! Oh my summer!
