And this looks fascinating - and worthy of ownership. Available for purchase here. It provides a reasoned out explanation of not only the age of the earth (and is the reference from which that date comes) but also much of what we 'know' to be true (but is in fact likely reasoned out in this very tome). Last time I checked it was $70 for hardcover, $28 for softcover, and $38 for something entitled "casebound".

So I'm a rubik kinda guy. This is a 1x3x3 rubic - I really favor these kinds of puzzles. They don't require electricity, they have more than one form, and topologically they're intriguing because they give the appearance of distinct shapes (when they're clearly not). They're just plain fun.

As a reminder to myself, when I've got the funds, I can purchase this beastie at this location: link. Last time I checked it was $12.00.
