I got some good news at work this morning. My boss called us all in to a conference room and told us that we will finally be getting our bonuses from last year. I guess there was some kind of mix-up in accounting or something and it has taken this long to get straightened out. I am just glad I didn’t really need that money for anything important like some of my colleagues did. I am going to do something fun with mine like looking at luxury package holidays. I told my girlfriend Sandra about it and she of course was all for it. She was probably more excited about it than I am but she said it has been years since she’s been on a proper vacation. I more or less go somewhere every year even if it is for a few days. Last year I went to Amsterdam by myself and that was great.
