Again, the weather, studying, CCA and many many small things in my life make me tired ... Again, I'm here, in my room, feeling blue, complaining on my blog. Again and again ... wonder why these things keep going on and on, make me so messy and blur. Pardon me if you feel I'm so weak, keeping complaining and complaining ...
Time passes by, and we grow older. We think that things are going around. Same things happen everyday. It's so boring, isn't it?
Lessons from life, I don't dare to claim that I have learnt enough ... It'll never be enough for everybody. However, I dare to say that I have learnt a lot, but I always forget some, here and there. Today I learnt a new lesson, but it might be taught to me before, just that I forgot...
Life is so complicated. People always have their own problems, always have to manage to put up with so many things in their life. So do I. Sometimes I feel quite down, deadly lonely with a burden on my shoulder. Sometimes I just want to have somebody to rely on, to cry when I feel sad, to hug when I feel lonely. I know I would never be able to find such a person. More importantly, I know I would never want to rely on anybody. Yes! No one! I'm the only one who go along with me for my whole life. I'm the only who knows exactly what happens to me. Rely on me... Yeah! I like to do things by myself. That's me. At the end of the day I can find myself again ...

Drop Old Baggage strategy: Remember the story of two monks approached by a young girl to help her cross a stream?
One monk smiled and took her on his back and dropped her across the stream and resumed the journey. The other monk was shocked - "A girl on his back! Ridiculous!" Thinking thus, he continued walking silently. The next day, he exploded, "How could you carry a girl on your back?"
"I dropped her on the bank yesterday. It seems to me you are still carrying her" the wise monk replied.
Often we are plagued by an issue that is long passed but still occupies our mind and prevents us from moving on.
