What must it feel like to have free time?

Well, I'll know in a week! It's coming up to the easter holidays, at last... Although I'll still be busy, I'll need to start revising, because the school exams are just three weeks after the break. Yay, NOT.
Anyway, this weekend has been busy beyond belief, well almost. Straight after school on Friday I rushed to work (yes, I got the job- been there a few weeks now!) stayed for a few hours and rushed home to say "hi" to my aunt and uncle and leave again to go to watch a Pink Floyd Tribute band concert. My Uncle, who has long been a fan and has seen several tribute bands, thought that they were not as good as the 'Australian Pink Floyd'. Whoever they may be
Saturday I had to get up early to go to work again, and then I went to help at Holly's Sister's birthday party. It was very funny, they went to a roller disco and then back to Holly's for 'Pizza and Movies'. Not that England has been Americanised at all...Once upon a time that sentence would have read "they went to a roller blading dance and then back to Holly's for meat and two veg and home videos'...haha.
Anyway, the skating...Since many of Abbey's friends had never skated before, Holly and I were drafted in to help (I have an undying love of all things skati-fied...especially ice-skating). Sadly I didn't think to take a camera, it would have made some interesting *cough*funny*cough* shots.
My mum has also made some more cakes, I though you may like to see, one for Abbey's birthday and one for my Uncle's.
This one was for Abbey, she loves dogs. The second one is obviously Gromit, from Wallace and Gromit, it's my favourite cake ever!
xx
