Forget flat pack wardrobes, did you ever realise putting together cardboard boxes could be so difficult?
Visited Ikea (heaven) today, in the vain hope of buying some kitcheny type stuff for mum's new kitchen. Instead, came away with these amazing cardboard boxes to try and hide some of the clutter in my room. My gosh. They are the most difficult things to put together!!!
Time started: 22.45
Start off with the lid. Now that wasn't too bad, was it?
Now, it's time for the main body. Unfold it, fold flaps. Sounds simple doesn't it? Well, I'm not gonna be able to keep anything heavier than air in there!
It's time to attempt to follow directions. But do they make any sense to you?!
So, after various different origami techniques (and a few karate style punches) it finally *falls* into place.
The, eventual, finished product.
Time ended: 23.15
30 minutes to build two cardboard boxes!
Whoever thought flat-packed cardboard could be so irritating?!
Pretty pattern though, eh?
xx

30 min is good... I think I could not finish in less than 1 hour.
I am pretty bad at making things with hands =P

However, I'm not sure if I would be able to put it all together
Guess not, I don't have enough nerves!
Once, I managed to build a model of a plane or something... And, in the two-months process, I've lost half of the parts
