I've been given permission to paint utility boxes around my city; here's the third one.

I'm not sure I'm in with this "I need to get permission from the state to decorate my local community." thing. Who says that a state should dictate what is art and what isn't? What's good for a local community or what isn't? it's a private company that owns these boxes, not the State... and i don't normally get permission, but every single piece done without permission is now painted out, either by other graffiti writers or the Council. these might stay up for a while. (and i've been paid by public donations, so i have a certain amount of freedom to paint what I want..)
