Take a Risk
Jump out of an airplane.
Ride a roller coaster.

Or just go to a party solo.
The idea is to do something you’ve never done before, that may even scare you a bit. Coming through an intimidating experience unscathed -- even a relatively low-risk drink alone at a bar -- is like a shot of steroids to your confidence.
