People from British Columbia are trying to save their wild salmon from industrial fish farming. Thousands of people have recently "migrated" along the coast of Vancouver Island to capital city Victoria to demand the government puts a stop to open pen fish farming. Here is the wrap up video that shows the thousands of people who support the cause of wild salmon in BC.
As a little aside to the good people of Opera and our community here: the leading corporations that are pushing for fish farming, and hence the destruction of wild salmon, are actually from Norway. I wish Opera SAS could take a stand for the cause of wild salmon!
